of the home at tt ;+ porch arches by 3'6" (closer towards the
street)
The Cabana structure is shown ll'-l" from the right side yard
property line.
The Cabana structure is shown 5' from the right side yard
property line. (A difference of 6'- 1' closer to the side than what
was submitted and approved)
I recommend that the new room addition plans be modified to correctly indicate all
proposed improvements and that all elevation sketches, scales, dimensions and total
square feet are verified and corrected to what the design intent actually is.
The proposed building area total on the front cover of each set of room addition plans is indicated as 459 sq.ft. This is incorrect since an additional 2'8" has been added for a length of 24 feet, which Is approximately 63 additional square feet, not including the enclosing of the porch area.
As discussed in Tuesday's Board meeting, I also recommend that The Palumbo's be
requested to submlt an additional review fee to cover the review costs. Several
additional hours have been spent on this application and review, the Management Company should assess what the fee should be based on invoices already submitted and lime necessary to continue with review.

the improvement sheets. If so, at the water meter station, the demand in
gpm may be listed there. Irrigation services are listed with a circled “I”,
and potable water is typically a circled “W”. The irrigation service should
look like:

2. If the improvement plans do not list the irrigation meter and the
service/meter will be installed via another instrument such as the building
plans or grading plans (w/ a right of way permit of course), then the

Black has already reviewed this if landscape plans have been prepared,
but the applicant must provide the calculations to you for your use. Once
you have received a good example of irrigation calculations, keep a set for
your reference. In general the calculations will include:

services/meters to a new recycled water line in the future.

applicant since they are exempt from paying the San Diego County Water
Capacity fees. However, if they front a street which the recycled water is
there, but is not live (sometimes they are charged with potable water until

Water Capacity Charge. If within three years, the recycled water line is
charged with recycled water by CMWD, then the applicant can apply for a
refund to the San Diego County Water Authority (SDCWA) for a refund.

2. Please remove the optional plan on A2 without the archway. [This plan is not
supported by corresponding structural plans and indicates the piano in the

3. Provide a modified electrical plan (per original A3) for the revised layout.
4. Show specifications for the shear wall type I as used on S2. Note the Dlyood
thickness. index. ID #with nail size and spacina on Dlans.
