It has been brought to my attention that there is a broken slab tendon in the above mentioned lot
After review I have detennined that the due to inherent redundancies in the design, the post-
tension slab will still resist the design loads as originally intended. This letter is to confinn that
the broken tendon may be disregarded and therefore no repairs are required.
