ORDER TO REMOVE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE: As the owner or occupant'of the property
located at 1444 Buena Vista Ave., APN: 156-120-51, you are hereby
notified that you are in violation of Carlsbad's Municipal Code,
Section 18.04.010, the construction of an accessory structure in the
rear yard without proper approval and permit. The construction
must be removed to comply with this order.
You are hereby ordered to be in full compliance with the provisions
of the Carlsbad Municipal Code not later than July 14, 1989. This
matter will be referred to the City Attorney's Office for legal action
if you fail to comply by the above-referenced date.
