I inspected a property line retaining wall on May 11, 2012 at the subject property.
During the inspection I measured wall height, footing width and depth. I further
determined vertical reinforcing steel location using a pachometer.
Based on my field investigation, the retaining wall is constructed as shown on the
approved plans and it meets with my approval.
