familv residence to enclose existing covered patio with required foundation, walls, floor
beams, and drywall stucco.
This is to certify that this location and/or proposed project has been reviewed by the staff
of the Coastal Commission. A coastal development permit is not necessary for the
reasons checked below.

significant non-attached stmcture (Sections 30610(a) of the Coastal Act and Section
13250(b)(4) of Administrative Regulations).
