We are trying to get Tenant Improvement work final inspection on the subject 1st floor Tl's tomorrow. The inspector has requested a signed, stamped detail approving the installation detail for the water source heat pump units. This is a similar condition to that of the electrical transformers that you should have received separate documentation on from Nick @ Bergelectric. The attached detail is stamped and signed by a Civil engineer for the mechanical engineer (the mech. eng. says that a Civil is approvable for structural details on commercial bldgs -I don't know if the inspector will buy that). Pis. FAX 858-552.0604 your stamped, signed approval of this detail. I will follow-up w/ a phone call later today. I hope you can help.
