Subject: Results of Fireproofing Thickness Inspection
Dear Mr. Brusseau·:
On October 16, 2003, MTGL inspector Mario Battaglia, certificate no. 0846738-86, inspected the
thickness of spray-applied fire-resistive material on roof beams, columns (3rd floor) and roof deck,
in accordance with UBC Standard 7-6. This inspection followed the application of additional
Cafco Blaze-Shield II to the roof beams, roof deck and third floor columns. Required thicknesses
were taken from the Fireproof Coatings document dated February 19, 2002.
Based on this inspection, the thickness of fireproofing material complies with the project
documents.
