The City will route the plans to EsGil Corporation and the Carlsbad Planning, Engineering and Fire Departments. 2. Deliver all remaining sets of plans and calculations/reports directly to the City of Carlsbad Building Department for routing to their Planning, Engineering and Fire Departments.
