The water heater flue may be installed no closer than 8' to a vertical surface (such as large mechanical equipment) or be installed above said surface. Additionally the mechanical equipment may not have airflow (such as fans) that would impact the gravity action of the flue. Please address both of these concerns. Include the screen wall shown on A 10, show the flue a minimum of 8' away from both the screen wall and the mechanical equipment and review the location of the fans at the air handling equipment for possible impact upon the venting action of the water heater flue.
