The following items were noted as deficient and in need of correction:

1-3 Completed.
4.It is noted that the walk along Valley is installed immediately adjacent to the wall.The
sidewalk is shown to be installed 6" away from the wall and vines with drip irrigation are
to be installed at the wall.Please resolve.2nd Review:Jay Jordan is reviewing this issue
and will obtain final direction.
5.Provide irrigation watering schedules and maintenance schedules per below.These
schedules are to be provided to the city and the property owner.2nd Review:Applicant to
make revisions to maintenance schedulesfor private ownership and provide final copies
to each homeowner.
6.Permit card was signed on January 14, 2016.
GENERAL:
1.Prior to security release the landscape architect of work shall review/inspect the project
and provide a certification letter for release of securities (see attached P25-E), and the
following:
A.The security release letter shall certify that he or she has inspected the work and that
the project complies with the following conditions:
1.Has been maintained in substantial conformance to the approved plans.
2.Is growing in a healthy and thriving condition.
3.All plantings required under Section IV.E of the Landscape Manual have been
established as an effective surface erosion control.
4.There is no evidence of excessive run off from the irrigation system causing a soil
erosion problem.
