We understand the foundation type is post tensioned with thickened edges. The base of the exterior excavation for the thickened edge is into firm compacted fill and/or formational sandstone. The excavation appears on the order of 18 inches depth and at the time of field observation on June 6, 2005 was neat and clean of loose debris. The excavations for Lots 1 through 4 are approved from a geotechnical perspective for the placement of concrete. Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
