Subject: 1690 Brady PI
Don - The home has been finalled, and the new owner is doing a lot of landscaping. They have permits for
a retaining wall and misc gas and electric. I will ask Christine to flag the project and have the inspector
look at the grading against the developer installed fencing. Ultimately that will be a civil matter between the
two owners however. It does appear that the developer left steep slope behind 1690 into the Wall
property (over 1 % : 1 ) and that could be trimmed back so it doesn't erode. It's close to a 1 :I slope at the
NE corner of 1690 Brady PI.
