When Jeff inspected the french drains behind the retaining wall I asked him to inspect both the trench depth and installation, of the underground electrical conduit from the electrical panel to the barbeque . He gave the ok to cover the trenches but I believe he forgot to sign it off on the separate permit card for underground gas and electric. presenting this letter and will pothole electrical lines to insure electrical conduit is as per code. fingers, blaming anyone, or finding fault. We would simply like to rectify this matter and coordinate with the City of Carlsbad to insure public safety. I will re- schedule with Ron Burke to inspect this issue.
