PLOT PLAN - THE PURPOSE OF THIS SKETCH IS TO SHOW THE OUTLINE OF ALL THE STRUCTURES WHICH WERE EVALUATED, AND WHERE THE TYPI ROOF SECTIONS WERE OBSERVED IN THE STRUCTURE. RAFTER JOISTS /GARAGE CEILING JOISTS - WHEN RAFTER JOISTS OR GARAGE CEILING JOISTS ARE USED, THEY SHALL BE PLACED ON ALL RAFTERS, NOT EVERY OTHER RAFTER. MAXIMUM SPACING FOR RAFTER JOISTS IS 24" O/C 9.
