• Swapped out FC-48A (4 ton fan coil above ceiling) with WAC-Al & WAC-A2 (two 2-
ton wall mount AC units)
• Swapped out FC-48B (4 ton fan coil above ceiling) with WAC-Bl & WAC-B2 (two 2-
ton wall mount AC units)
M-1.1:
• Added wall mount AC detail which also shows the condensate pump.
M-1.2:
• Added model selection trees for the split systems serving IT and Telecom room.
M-2.0:
• Added WAC-Al & WAC-A2 to IT Room [104]. Removed FC-48A.
• Added WAC-Bl & WAC-B2 to Telecom Room [105]. Removed FC-48B.
• Removed return air plenum attachments for units located in open spaces due to building
constraints.
M-2.1:
o Return air filter boxes were removed, added General Notes 4 & 5.
o The following units were affected by this change:
• FC3-36A, FC3-36B, FC3-54A, FC3-54B, FC3-48, FC3-36C
• FC1-54A, FCl-48, FC1-30B, FCl-42
• FC5-24A
o FC5-24A relocated to be aligned with other unit/light fixture. Return air provided
through transfer air grilles.

o Verify refrigerant piping lengths and sizes with LG rep.
