I understand you have some concerns regarding our operations and I hope I can alleviate them for you. We will be using this new facility for two main purposes: 1. Production/Warehouse Area: fulfillment of vitamin/supplement orders for our customers, using vitamins/supplements purchased from other manufacturers (that they have produced off-site, in their facilities). We re- package the vitamin/supplements into individual daily convenience packages using CustomPak machines developed by Baxter Health Products (they are a leader in the medical equipment industry). I have attached a brochure showing the CustomPak machine and it’s specifications. 2. Research and DeveloDment Area: researching clinical and dietary information used to support our doctors, clinics, and other related sales outlets. I was told that one of your concerns may be if our Research and Development staff was actually mixing or producing vitamins/supplements.
