After a complete review, the Architectural Committee recommends approval or denial of the application to the Board of Directors. The Committee review is conducted as quickly as possible, but no later than 30 days after date of submittal by the applicant. 2. At its earliest monthly meeting following submittal of the application and after the Architectural Committee has completed its review, the Board studies the application and approves or denies the request. It instructs Lindsay Management Services to convey its decision to the applicant. 3. Lindsay Management Services sends the applicant a letter certifying Board approval or denial and a copy of the application and plans submitted. 4. The original application with attachments is retained for the Associa- tion's files. 5. The Review & Approval Process is usually completed within 30 to 45 days of plan submittal.
