Indicate on the Title Sheet of the plans, the name of the legal owner and me of person responsible for the preparation of the plans. Section 302(a)7.
All sheets of plans must be signed by the person responsible for their preparation. (California Business and Professions Code).
Plans, specifications and calculations shall be signed by the California state licensed
engineer or architect responsible for their preparation, for plans deviating from conventional wood frame construction. Specify expirati in date of license. (California Business and Professions Code).
Specify on the Title Sheet of the plans the gross floor area of each element of this project including duelling, garage, carport, patio, deck and balcony.

Clearly show if the lower level is a basement or a story, based on the definitions in Sections 403 and 420. Plot the finish grade (as defined) on the elevations and dimension the distance to the floor above, for story determination.
