Thermostats shall be equipped with an automatic setback, which the building occupant can program to automatically set back the thermostat twice in 2' hours. Equipment which requires preventive maintenance to maintain efficient operation shall be furnished with complete necessary maintenance information. A vapor barrier is required in climate zone 1, 14, and 16. All manufactured windows and sliding glass doors shall meet the 1972 ANSI air infiltration standards and shall be certified and labeled.
