Dear Mr. & Mrs. Eshom:
I have not seen any activity on your building permit CB101285 for the
construction of a 915 Sq. ft. addition of a office & great room, 221 Sq. ft. deck,
270 sq. ft balcony, as well as a 100 sq. ft. remodel of the kitchen. The permit is
currently issued but I need you to exhibit some positive steps toward getting the
permit final for the illegal construction that already exists on the property. The
permit will expire on May 17, 2011, a FINAL inspection must occur on or before
that day or the Code Enforcement process will continue.
