subject to the following:
I. Production and installation are subject to the Sign Criteria for North County Plaza and by
the local governing agencies.
2. UL labels shall be placed out of view (preferable on top of letters).
3. Only one sign company decal allowed per sign.
4. No window signage allowed without prior written landlord approval.
5. A copy of your sign permit must be submitted to Landlord prior to commencing work at
the above referenced site.
6. A copy of your sign contractors insurance naming PK I North County Plaza LP and
Kimco Realty Corporation as an additional insured must be submitted to Landlord prior
to commencement of work. Please forward to my attention at 760-727-1430 (fax) or

7. Proof of Workman's Compensation insurance must be provided to the Landlord prior to
commencement of work.
