Foundation Inspection of New Addition located at 1849 High Ridge Ave.,
Carlsbad, CA 92008.
I performed a structural inspection of the new addition foundation prior to placement of
concrete. The footing size and steel reinforcement size and location were constructed per
the approved plans. Additionally, the rebar and hold down locations required to be
epoxied into the existing concrete were appropriately drilled, cleaned and placed with
SET-XP epoxy, ESR-2508.
I hereby state that the foundation preparations for placement of concrete were in
substantial conformance to the approved plans.
