The installation of four (4) 1" threaded rods 14" into the foundation using Simpson SET
XP epoxy, was observed at 7:00 a.m. October 13, 2010. The installation was done in
accordance with standard building practices, plan detail, and the instructions on the
unexpired tube of Simpson SET XP epoxy.
