2. Each sheet of the plans must be signed by the person responsible for their
preparation, even though there are no structural changes. Business and
Professions Code. No Response
5. Provide a section view, of all new interior partitions. Show:
a) Method of attaching top and bottom plates to structure. (NOTE: Top of.
partition must be secured to roof or floor framing, unless suspended
ceiling has been designed for partition lateral load). The detail for the
partition wall does not show the method of attaching the plate to the
existing slab, please indicàte0the method of attachment and provide
the ICBO approval # i.e. Hilti or Ramset pins at 32" cc. Please show

Please make all corrections on the original tracings, as requested in the correction
list. Submit three sets of plans for commercial/industrial projects (two sets of plans
for residential projects). For expeditious processing, corrected sets can be
submitted in one of two ways:
Deliver all corrected sets of plans and calculations/reports directly to the City of
Carlsbad Building Department, 1635 Faraday Ave., Carlsbad, CA 92008, (760)
602-2700. The City will route the plans to EsGil Corporation and the Carlsbad
Planning,. Engineering and Fire Departments.
