Owner/designer to sign the CF1-R forms. Please review energy calculations. The glazing is exceeded. For example the west side per the calculations allows 21 sq ft and you are proposing 25.The other windows are limited to 20% plus removed windows and you state 95 sq ft and then do on to state you have 131 sq ft? The area proposing must be equal or less that what is proposed not vice versa. Sq footages of energy calculations must reflect correct sq footage of 461 sq ft instead of the 418 noting (which should help you some). In addition documentation author as well as owner/designer to sign appropriate boxes on the CFI-R forms. 8. Please recheck all details to verify that they are complete and/or correct. See for example where referencing detail E/4 to hold downs and D/4 to the shear bolts.
