DATE
TITLE lfl.28.020 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code requires that your
swimming pool and/or spa be fenced. The fence shall be five feet
high and have self closing gates and latches with the latches at
least four feet above qrade. There shall be no openings 1n the
fence laraer than four inches. The fence must have an approved
final inspection from this department prior to final inspection
of the pool.
Please complete the attached affidavit and return it to me in
the enclosed stamped envelope.
