Accordingly, plans shall reflect the requirements of the current codes in effect, a full new plan check is required, and a full new plan check fee shall be paid. Upon completion of a new plan check, the permit may be renewed upon payment of a permit fee equal to one-half the amount re- quired for a new permit.
