above. This courtesy notice is sent to advise you of the following provisions of the City's codes regarding
expiratioh: ·
18.04.035 -Section .107.4 amended-Expiration of plan review.
Section 107.4 of th~ California Building Code is amended to read:
Applications for which no permit is issued within one year following the
date of application shall expire by limitation, and plans and other data
submitted/or review may thereafter be returned to the applicant or
destroyed by the Building Official, ·
90 day extensions of the plan review period mpy be granted by the Building Official after review of a
letter of explanation provided to him by the property owner. An extension of time granted by the
Building Official does not, by right, apply to any related Discretionary Permit under review.
Plans submitted and not retrieved from the b1,1ilding department prior to the plan check expiration date
noted above will be destroyed.
In order to provide better service, please indicate your handling choice for the plans originally submitted
and return this letter to the Building Department.

attached.). Are these projects going forward? If so, please submit in writing to Mr. Will Foss and state the dates you
