On 31 March 1988, one exploration test pit was 4excavated at
the site by hand. This test hole was dug --to an approximate depth

and should be exported from the site Also, the existing

There were no obvious geologic hazards or-.other unusual soil
conditions detected during the investigation which would preclude
development of the site as described herein.
FOUNDATIONS
The proposed single-story structure for this project can be
supported on conventional footings. and slabs on-grade and/or
raised floors.
For foundation design purposes, an allowable bearing strength
of 1500 psfmay be utilized for all continuous or spread footings
founded dense native soils or eon-site soils compacted to 90/
relative compaction per ASTM. D 1557-70. This design bearing
value is in accordance with the Uniform Building Code and was
calculated based on Terzaghis Formula.
