relating to building construction. I hereby authorize representatives of the City of Carlsbad to enter upon the above mentioned property for inspection
purposes I ALSO AGREE TO SAVE INDEMNIFY AND KEEP HARMLESS THE CITY OF CARLSBAD AGAINST ALL LIABILITIES, JUDGMENTS, COSTS
