1. Article 110-16(c) of the NEC requires a door at each end of the electrical room. As shown on the
plans one of the doors is located in the center of the electrical room. Provide double the working
clearance to all of the equipment ( min. 6' clear to the wall facing the equipment) or move the door
from the center of the equipment to the end of the new room.
2. The load summary shown on page E-3 of the plans does not include the loads from the three new
meters shown on the single line on sheet E-1. Please clarify why these are not shown.
3. Show on the plans that the bath rooms serving the remodeled area complies wilt the current
disabled access requirements.
