• REMARKS: 1. The light fixtures within 15' of the exterior windows must have separate dual
switch controls (daylighting control reqm'ts). 2. Show on the lighting plan which fixture is
controlled by which switch ( a,b switching ). 3. Show on the plans the condensate drains for the
ceiling mounted FC units. Also, show that a seconda·ry condensate overflow drain will be
provided. This drain must discharge to a readily visible location.-4. Outside air must be equal to
15 CFM per occupant. The occupant load of this suite is 30. This will require 450 CFM. Note 12
on A5_ indicates a total of only 350 CFM.
