Please provide plans and calculations signed by the California State licensed engineer or architect for the alteration to the exterior of the building as shown on sheet A201, the structural support of the 1414# roof top air handler unit and the IO’ high stockroom shelving. Include all calculations and finding on the plans. Please include the California license number, seal, date of license expiration and date plans are signed. Business and Professions Code. The only information provided was for the stockroom shelving and this information was not included in the plans. Please incorporate the details from the structural calculations for the stockroom shelving into the plans and have the engineer sign and stamp the plans. Please provide evidence the structural alteration to the storefront are being performed under a separate permit such as permit # of plan check #. Please have the engineer address the structural support of the roof top HVAC units. 2. On the mechanical plans clearly show the limits of ceiling space used as duct or plenum. Please provide the MECH 4 form for this project. a) Clearly show that all material exposed within the plenum complies with UMC Section 604.2. “Materials shall have a mold-, humidity-, and erosion-resistant face that meets the requirements of UL 181 .” Please revise the plans to show 21 fitting room or dressing room for the customers shall be provided as follows: Please revise the plans to show the bench 48” in length.
