I am enclosing copy of letter to Mr. Orenyak as well as correspondence from our landscape sub-contractor. You will note that there is a requirement and recommendation for 15 days of leaching of the site. As a result we will be unable to be finished with all the work and get our final inspections and move in the tenant. I would like to respectfully request temporary occupancy as this company must move on or before September 1, 1990. Also included in this list are answers to questions which the inspector has brought up. 1. The 2-#7 bars on the inside face of the spandrel beam per detail 9/sl7 '' i should extend to the end of the cage at each support. Where this does not occur, it is O.K. to splice in l-#5 x 10' long at each #7 that does not meet this requirement. The additional #5 bar should extend to the end of the panel inside the ties shown in detail 12A/S17. 2. It is O.K. to eliminate the section of panel under the openings on panels NE4, N2, and E2. This should not effect the structural integrity of the building. 3. The 2-#7 bars in detail 13/S19 and 16/S19 must.be at least 26" in length measured from the inside corner of the notch in order to fully transfer the required drag forces ta.the shear walls. 4. Details 13,14 and 15 on sheet s-17 must be built the way they are shown with the exception that the chard bars per elevation in 14/sl7 may be field welded to the outside of the plate inside the block-out after the panels are poured.
