The City will route the plans to EsGil Corporation and the Carlsbad Planning, Engineering and Fire Departments. 2. Deliver all remaining sets of plans and calculations/reports directly to the City of Carlsbad Building Department for routing to their Planning, Engineering and Fire Departments. Specify manufacturer and approval number or indicate "to be ICBO approved". b) Method of attaching top and bottom plates to structure. (NOTE: Top of partition must be secured to roof or floor framing, unless suspended ceiling has been designed for partition lateral load). Provide cross reference from detail 05/A7.1 to plans and to detail 01/A7.1. c) Wall sheathing material and details of attachment (size and spacing of fasteners).
