Building 1950 Camino Vida Roble Sign Program PIP 95-06 The building will house a single tenant. The total signage allowed is 200 sq. ft. Proposed signage is 186 sq, ft. A. Wall signs and monument shall receive a permit from the City of Carlsbad prior to installation. B. Wall signs (no more than three) and monument shall conform to the City's sign ordinance and the criteria of this program. See exhibit "A" for the approved size and location of the signs. Any change to the sign criteria shall require a formal amendment subject to the Planning Director s approval. C. Except for address numbers and directional signs, all signs shall be limited to displaying the tenant's name and/or logo. D. Wall signs and monument shall be approved in writing by Landlord or Property Manager acting as the agent for the Landlord. Approval shall cover design, layout, materials and color selection. Sign materials shall be limited to PVC plastic or other material acceptable to the Landlord and Planning Director.
