This number of people can be accommodated with the 226 parking places available in the existing parking lot. Reno Construction's schedule is to complete the entire project by June 10, 1998. If the building is completed otherwise, you may allow them a temporary occupancy conditioned as described above. They are limited to 210 people until the entire project is completed. Please consider the following: Note two exits are required from the tenant space because of its occupant load. a) Exits should have a minimum separation of one-half the maximum overall diagonal dimension of the building or area served. Section 1003.3. b) The maximum number of required exits and their required separation, must be maintained until egress is provided from the structure. Section 1003.1. c) Rooms with more than 10 occupants may have one exit through one adjoining room. Revise exits to comply. Section 1003.5. 8.
