Dear Mr. Roper,
Manitou's surveyors located the forms for Building #4 at 1957 Cassia Road shown as
Building #3-103 on the Grading Plan for Project No. SDP 98-19, DWG 389-9A,
approved by the City of Carlsbad Engineering and Planning Departments on September
23, 2003. The forms were located on May 10, 2004. The location of the forms is in
substantial conformance with the horizontal location shown on the above Grading Plan,
DWG 389-9A. The finish floor elevation shown on the approved plan is 319.97 feet
above Mean Sea Level and the elevation of the forms was measured at 319.99 feet above
Mean Sea Level.
