Dear Sir;
The following letter has been developed in order to clarify the top of wall
tie used on the office walls, as built and to allow the condition of the
framing to_ remain. In lieu of the diagonal bracing as shown on the plans,
we used compression supports off of the diagonal supports from the top of
the wall to tile concrete tilt-up wall. See detail attached as clarification
memo #1. This is and exceptable alternate method that is used commonly
in the Industry for buildings with high roofs.
