Bed • Trees and Shrubs • ACremoval (Please refer to attached Site Plan) This demolition project will elimi_nate several safety hazards and unattractive facilities. The demolition will consist of hauling concrete and debris from the site the recycling plant. The above noted structures will be demolished and removed to 3' below grade and backfilled with Class II Base to 90% relative compaction. All piping and utilities associated with facilities to be demolished are abandoned. No piping or utilizes will be removed. Associated piping will be cut and plugged below grade and left in place. The future use of the site is as yet undetermined, however the site will be left in a clean and acceptable condition for building purposes. .,._ -....
