1973 La Costa Ave.
Christ United Presbyterian Church of Rancho La Costa is purposing to
lease the office building at 1973 La Costa Avenue fr:0111 Rancho.La Costa, Inc.
The building was used as the La Costa Land Company construction office and
more recently as a cable T.V. office. Records indicate an occupancy group
of "F-2", type v-N construction with 2,069 square feet of area.
The Church wants to move its present office and Sunday School to this
new location and establish a pre-school day-nursery with extended day care
for 34 children, . Church services on Sunday will continue to be held in the
theater of La Cos.ta Resort Hotel and Spa.
Plans were submitted to the City for review. Zoning, Traffic and the
Leucadia County Water District have approved the plans. The Esgil Corpt.
and Fire Department have re,ziewed the plans. The ·roof c·overing, Handicapped
requirements, and'occupant load need clarification. I·therefore, request an
appointment with you as soon as possible. Thank you.

handicapped. Where ramps are used they shall not be
