Dear Sir,
] am the owner of units # 664, and 666 located at 2003 Cosld Del Mar, La Costa
I recently spent six weeks staying in my condominium and monitored the ceiling
leaks (2) during my stay I am pleased to tcport (hat from my obsei vatiom I have
seen no water leaking from the units above me My contractor, McCauley Buildcis have
informed me that we need to satisfy your concerns tegardinu the ceiling leaks He has
explained to me that it is difficult, if not impossible to lest the pipes Therefore 1 am
writing to inform you that I have seen no water coming from above and into my unit
This is good news lo all pat lies concerned as. it took a jjicat deal of effort on Mi
McCauV;i AS well a;> my part to resolve this issue
