Re: Accessibility to Sub-panel at
Mission West Executive Aircraft Center.
Dear Mr. Morgan:
It has come to my attention that some questions still remain regarding
the above-mentioned situation. Let me assure you that, during the
hours that the building is open, there is a qualified building
maintenance person on duty who has access to the breakers. During
these hours, the space in which the breakers are located will remain
unlocked.
In addition, to answer your question about people working in their.
offices during "off hours", there will be a building representative on site
who has access to the breakers.
I hope that I have been able to answer your questions regarding the
sub-panel situation. If you have any further questions, please feel free
to give me a call.

Camera, City of Ca d Building Inspector at the tim Final In ection
and Approval of Occupancy. -res a is meeting and no mention
was made of such a requirement. I understood at..the time, that these
• panels were existing and not part of the new work.
2. ACCESSIBILITY OF THE BREAKERS TO OTHER SUITES:. The Building
is not separately metered; in addition as owners we have access to the
panel if required. I have consulted with the Electrical Engineer, RJM
Associates, and they were never made aware of such a requirement in the
permitting process. . S
