CONSTRUCT A EXHAUST STAQ CHASE 24" X 24" FROM THE TOP OF THE INLET AIR DUCT TO THE CEILING. SAID CHASE TO BE LINED WITH 5/S" TYPE X DRYWALL. THE BACf ,FRONT AND CORNER SIDES TO BE FIXED IN PLACE. THE SIDE ADJACENT TO THE ENTRY TO BE REMOVABLE FOR STACK ACCESS. PURCHASE AND INSTALL WESTERN RED CEDAR TONGUE AND GROOVE PLANKS ON THE WALLS, CEILING, AND CHASE. PURCHASE AND INSTALL FIBERGLAS INSULATION WITH AIM R FACTOR OF 19 AND A FOIL THERMAL BARRIER TO BE INSTALLED BETWEEN JOISTS IN THE ATTIC SIDE OF ROOM, AND WITHIN THE WALLS BEHIND THE TYPE X SHEETROCK. PURCHASE AMD INSTALL SIX INCH ROUND DOUBLE WALL INSULATED EXHAUST STACF . STACK TO BE INSTALLED WITHIN NEWLY CONSTRUCTED CHASE WITH MINIMUM AIR SPACE AROUND STACK OF EIGHT INCHES. AN APPROVED TRANSITION WILL BE INSTALLED AT ENTRANCE TO CHASE AND WHERE STACF PENETRATES CEILING. IN ATTIC STACK WILL BE OFFSET WITH A FAIR OF 45 DEGREE ELBOWS TO EXIT TILE ROOF THRU EXISTING OPENING. THERE WILL BE A MEW POUND ROOF JAC! . FOUR FEET OF STACK ABOVE ROOF JACI AND A RAIN CAP. PURCHASE AND INSTALL NEW BLUE COLOR INDOOR / OUTDOOR CARPETING OVER CONCRETE FLOOR. EXISTING FIRE SPRINKLER DROP NIPPLE WILL HAVE TO BE REPLACED WITH NEW, LONGER NIPPLE TO ALLOW FOR INCREASED THICKNESS OF CEILING. NEW FIRE SUPPRESSION SPRINKLERS ( 2 ) WILL BE INSTALLED MATCHING EXISTING TEMPERATURE RANGE. NEW RECESSED LIGHT FIXTURES - FOUR - WILL BE INSTALLED THE EXISTING TIERS WILL BE SANDED ALONG WITH THE EXISTING BENCHES.
