Dear Mr. Holzman: After having met with you and your construction man on the subject property in La Costa regarding some of the minor discrepencies of the various codes applying to the construction of homes, the following has been determined. Some of the points in question were cleared up at the December 4th, 1973 meeting. Also, there are a couple of items that may not need correction. You stated that where the unit is located this would not be used as a garage but more as a hobby room for your wife. The Under Ground Electrical Conduit was not visible to the inspector. However, rather than remove the planting to expose said conduit, I will accept your willingness to the agreement that said conduit was properly installed.
