Type X gypsum board. Section R302.6. Instead of 5/8" GWB you are showing plaster.
Please provide the listed assembly on the plans showing how the plaster is to be
installed to create a one-hour assembly.
18.Show a self-closing, self-latching door, either 1 -3/8" solid core or a listed 20 minute
assembly, for openings between garage and dwelling. Section R302.5.1. There is no
indication on the plans that the door is existing. If it is, please note that it is
existing on the plans. Regardless, the door is required to be self-latching. Please
show compliance.
