In addition to the requirements of Section R403.1.6, the following requirements shall apply to wood light-frame structures in Seismic Design Categories Do, Di and D2 and wood light-frame townhouses in Seismic Design Category C. R403.1.6.1 1. Plate washers conforming to Section R602.11.1, 0.229"x3"x3", shall be provided for all anchor bolts over the full length of required braced wall lines.
