'UBC Section 107.2 requires the Building Offitial to determine the total value of all construction work proposed under this permit. The value shall include all finish work, painting, roofing, electrical, plumbing, heating, air conditioning, elevator, fire,extinguishing systems and any other permanent equipment. Please provide' the designees or contractor's construction cost estimate of all work proposed. Please include in the scope of work the re-roof work to be done. A level landing is required at each side of an exterior door. The landing must be as wide as the door and the minimum length for a residence is 36". Please show on the detail 13/S.1 and on the floor plan the required landing at the new porch. Provide a statement on the Title Sheet of the plans stating that this project shall comply with Title 24 and the 1997 UBC, UMC and UPC and the 1996 NEC.
