FRM Mr. & Mrs. Gene Stone 2068 AOTT Carlsbad, CA 92008 Dear Gene & Jackie, The Architectural Committee has reviewed your plans for the remodeling of your townhouse. We found no major problems with the overall design. But, we will not sign off the plans until sone minor problems are resolved. There is a hole on the top of the common wall between 2068 and 2070 that needs repairing. The tiles should run the entire length of that wall and give a completed look to your neighbor from his side of the wall. 2066 reports that every time you turn on your spa it rattles the common wall. They would appreciate this problem being resolved. The exterior color is unacceptable. Please contact us for the correct color. Finally, the lower deck must be removed or submit new plans for its proper construction and enclosure. It has been reported that transients have been sleeping under there. Upon receipt of the cities approval and the corrections of the above mentioned items we will reevaluate your plans for compliance to Buena Woods I1 C,C & R's and R & R's and for final approval. Thank you. Sincerely, Sharon S.
