The City will route the plans to EsGil Corporation and the Carlsbad Planning, Engineering and Fire Departments. 2. Bring one corrected set of plans and calculations/reports to EsGil Corporation, 9320 Chesapeake Drive, Suite 208, San Diego, CA 92123, (858) 560-1468. Deliver all remaining sets of plans and calculations/reports directly to the City of Carlsbad Building Department for routing to their Planning, Engineering and Fire Departments. NOTE: Plans that are submitted directly to EsGil Corporation only will not be reviewed by the City Planning, Engineering and Fire Departments until review by EsGil Corporation is complete. 2. Please revise the project data to shov.' the scope of work to be the office improvement of 816 square feet and 400 square feet of site improvements unless improvements to the 1Narehouse are part of the scope of work? Please limit the plans and details to the scope of work. Is suite 101 a part of this submittal? Are the warehouses a part of this submittal? If not then strike out all details and plans. 4. Please provide plans and calculations signed by the Calif-omia State licensed engineer or architect f-or the structural design of the new openings in the exterior 1Nalls and the roof screening. Include all· calculations and finding on the pf ans. Please include the Calif-ornia license number, seal, date of license expiration and date plans are signed. Business and Professions Code. -Unable to locate the calculations for the roof screen. The beam in the calculations does not match the beam on the plans. Please limit the wall kicker spacing to 4' oc center. 6. Please provide construction plans and details for the new stairs. Are the stairs in the warehouse a part of this approval?
